Security & Compliance

Riffhelm is built with a security-first, multi-tenant architecture on Supabase and Vercel.

Customer data is isolated at the database level using Row Level Security (RLS) and tenant-aware authorization controls. Authentication is enforced server-side, email verification is required, and communications are protected using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

Riffhelm applies layered security controls across authentication, database access, storage, application permissions, and infrastructure monitoring to help prevent unauthorized access between customer environments.

Supabase’s hosted platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001 certified, and all Supabase projects are governed by the same platform compliance controls.

Security is operated under a shared-responsibility model: Supabase secures the underlying hosted platform, while Riffhelm implements and maintains application-level access controls, tenant isolation, permissions, and secure product configuration.
